Energy
Ratings
The recognised way of measuring the energy efficiency
of your home is to calculate its 'SAP' rating. This
procedure takes account of factors relating to your
property such as property type, age, no. of bedrooms,
date built and type of heating system to work out
a 'SAP' of between 1 (least efficient) and 100 (most
efficient).
Knowing this, the software works out which measures
are cost-effective for you, and the SAP which can
be achieved. This can be given to you in the form
of a report which can be an important document when
you come to sell your house.
Terms of business
All our work is fully guaranteed and in the unlikely
event of a complaint you will have direct access
to our Technical Manager who will arrange to meet
you to discuss your concerns.
We do not request deposits. Work is paid for only
on completion of the job to your satisfaction. |
