Surveys
Excelsior have a team of Surveyors fully trained
to carry out energy surveys. SAP ratings can
be assessed and recommended cost-effective
improvements reported. Using 'Level 0' methodology,
the assessments can be provided at low cost
and within short timescales. Utilising scanning
technology, the data can be reported for individual
properties or aggregated across selected housing
stock. |

Package
approach
A total management service can be provided. Given
a need for energy efficiency improvements, Excelsior
can put together and execute a project including,
as necessary:
Planning - tenant liaison, energy surveys, specification
of measures to be carried out, costings and timetable.
Execution - Scheduling and supervision of the work,
monitoring progress and dealing with inspections,
remedials and complaints.
Reporting
- Real-time progress reporting through our database
and end of scheme reports.
Stock Profiling
RSL stock can be profiled for energy efficiency
status.
Grant sourcing
Excelsior can help RSL's to access funding via National
Assembly and Central Government in addition to various
Energy Supplier schemes which mean that costs to
the RSL are minimal. Grants can be negotiated for
specific projects on behalf of the Housing Provider
saving time and resources.
HECA Reporting
A free reporting service is available to provide
year end data required for completing HECA reports.
Asset management
For heating installations, a database can be built
up and records can be maintained to show details
of equipment in use at every property and full history
of breakdowns, repairs and replacements. |
